Harvest Stompede 2008 a Smashing Success!

Go!As the Leelanau Enterprise reports, this was a record breaking year for the annual Harvest Stompede – Annual Vineyard Run & Walk. The event hosted more than 900 runners and walkers in the race among grapevines and nearly 1,000 participants in the wine trail tour.

A blogger named Ken has a nice retrospective on his experience as a race participant. Give it a read!

Non-racers but wine lovers, Chrystal and Brook, give us a peek at their wine trail weekend on their blog.
