- TICKET PICK-UP: We suggest that you print the info from your email receipt to serve as a reminder to you. You will be required to show identification at the winery when picking up your tickets. Tickets may be picked up Saturday anytime from 11 am on at your starting location. They are not available for advance pick up. We do not mail out tickets.
- PAYPAL & CREDIT CARDS: Paypal or credit cards using the Paypal system are our only method of payment. Paypal is one of the most secure sites on the Internet. Credit cards are processed using the latest and most secure encryption and security technology available.
- LARGE GROUPS: Please contact us if you are traveling in groups of 12 or more. We need to plan ahead to accommodate your group for your comfort and the comfort of others on the trail. For our event weekends groups may not be larger than 24. DO NOT RENT LARGE TOUR BUSES FOR THESE WEEKENDS. YOU WILL NEED TO SPLIT YOUR GROUP. MOST OF OUR TASTING ROOMS ARE TOO SMALL TO HANDLE LARGE BUS GROUPS.
- CHILDREN: Children are welcome however please take the following into consideration. First of all, your children under the age of 21 are not allowed to taste wine. Even if you allow them at home, even if they are cute and even if they are one day shy of 21. Michigan Law is strict and the penalties are severe for the wineries and the employees of wineries if they allow anyone under the age of 21 to taste wine. Secondly visiting the wineries is an “adult” activity and for young children it can be boring to be touring wineries for six hours. We encourage you to bring beverages, snacks and things for your kids to do to keep them happy along the way.
- DESIGNATED DRIVERS: If you elect to not purchase a ticket for your designated driver, please bring snacks as the food we serve is for ticket holders. Your designated driver will receive a food pairing at each winery. Some may provide a beverage, but you will want to provide one for your DD just in case!
- EVENT START TIMES: Including your starting winery, you may visit 16 of the member wineries (up to 8 per day) in any order at any time between the hours of 11am to 6pm Saturday, or noon to 5pm Sunday.
