The annual Toast the Season SOLD OUT for the 3rd straight year in 2012! It returns for two weekends again in 2013: November 2&3 or November 9&10, 2013. Tickets will go on sale in September 2013 – please check back!
The Leelanau Peninsula Vintners Association’s Toast the Season wine tour is a Northern Michigan holiday tradition. Every year in November we offer two consecutive weekends of tasting and touring – that’s November 2 & 3 or November 9 & 10, 2013.
Your tour features a gift bag (details coming soon) and wine & food pairings at our member wineries. Tickets are $75 for couples or $50 for singles, and you may visit 8 each day in whatever order you desire between the hours of 11am to 5pm Saturday and noon to 5pm Sunday.
2012 Toast the Season Food Pairings

“This is a great time for families and friends to gather to celebrate the upcoming season and even get started on their holiday shopping,” says winemaker Adam Satchwell of Shady Lane Cellars. “Wines and other items from Leelanau Peninsula tasting rooms are the perfect gift for the holidays. Our wines compliment holiday meals, cocktail parties or any gathering and they make great gifts!”
The tour features a special wine pour accompanied by holiday themed gourmet food at each of the 18 Leelanau Peninsula member wineries. At your starting winery you will be given a commemorative glass, an LPVA holiday ornament and a holiday gift bag featuring local food.
