Wineries Spur Tourism in Michigan

Seeking the wine experience, particularly in fall when grapes are harvested and leaves turn brilliant shades of gold, orange and red, tourists from Southeast Michigan turn out in large numbers at the estimated 50 licensed wineries in the counties of Leelanau and Grand Traverse, and Berrien and Van Buren counties in southwest Michigan.
