Our Mission
The mission of the Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail is to attract visitors in all seasons; promote and ensure authentic, enjoyable experiences and increase consumer awareness of the region’s world class wines and wine destination.
Origin
The Leelanau Peninsula as an AVA is the central connection between our members and core identity of our promotional efforts.
Autenticity
We stay true to our region, our members and our message, delivering a real and valuable product.
Cooperation
Through teamwork and camaraderie amongst our members we work to meet our mission and exceed our goals, while also leveraging relationships in the community and region to move us forward.

The Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail is more than just a wine region, we are a family. We believe in support and investing in the community which is why we are excited to announce our partnership with the Leelanau Childrens Center.
The LCC has been a part of the community since 1976 and has evolved throughout the years to become what is currently an early childhood education program, which has received recognition as the highest rating in the State of Michigan since inception.
A percentage of tickets sales from each event hosted by the LPWT will go torwards helping fund the LCC and giving kids an opportunity!
